We are starting a new tradition here at Anticlue, the IT Management review. We will highlight the best articles on IT management from about the blogosphere.

Bob Lieberman presents The Wisdom Of Fallow posted at Cultivating Creativity - Developing Leaders for the Creative Economy.

Nissim Ziv presents How to Get Promoted At Work posted at Job Interview Guide, saying, "Have you been working at a job for a while now and feel that it's about time for you to get promoted? Well, that's one part of your problem. For some reason you've put getting promoted on a timetable. You have to work at a company or in a certain position for a certain amount of time until you can expect to be considered for a better position, right? wrong." Additionally, Nissim Ziv presents What Makes a Good Team Leader? How to Be a Good Team Leader?, saying, "Almost everyone in the team would want to become a leader, but there are very few who would actually have the characteristics to be a team leader."

That concludes this edition. Submit your blog article to the next edition of it management review using our carnival submission form. Past posts and future hosts can be found on our blog carnival index page.
