After the initial big bang of the implementation, an agile methodology can be utilized for clinical rule deployment. The goal is to make certain the rules augment clinical decision support by following the CDS 5 rights model in a quick manner. All of the principles of agile project management are present in the continuing enhancement of the system driving implementation. We are focused upon the practicioners needs and pain points, constructing rules to fulfill needs and remove pain points. This methodology which is explorative and adaptable is a great fit for enhancing your clinical system.
