Five Reasons to drive Process Improvement Efforts through your PMO As we continue to focus on doing more with less, it is becoming increasing important to improve organizational performance. Now is the time to partner with your business colleagues and improve the basic IT processes - Demand Management, Supply Management, Incident management, procurement, and perhaps even Change Management. However where in the organization is there a group skilled at delivering changes to the business process? Why it is your PMO. Here are the five reasons to drive process improvements through your PMO:
