Top Ten Billing Errors
This is interesting, TrailBlazer has identified the top ten billing errors for texas medicare part b. This will be done quarterly through a data analysis program.

Wouldn't it be sweet to use the same idea on professional and technical claims in a health care enterprise? That way you look at the constraint that gives you the most issues, and identify probably several root causes. Much better than expanding a bunch of resources on 1 account or 2 account problems in my humble opinion.
