JACHO Quality Website

Quality Check is a website that allows consumers to compare treatment quality in about 16,000 facilities nationwide for heart attack, heart failure, pneumonia, and pregnancy.

Surfing it is a little clunky but the accreditation viewing is very informative.

I am currently enrolled in a medical law and ethics class. one of the questions asked was to get a jacho report on one of the area hospitals. Is there any way that you could please send this to me. They are asking for the name of the facility, when was the decision effective date, what was the last full survey date, list 5 services available and look at the hospital quality report history.
