Saw this in the wsj, an ex-AOL software engineer was arrested on charges he stole AOL's entire subscriber list in order to send massive amounts of spam to AOL. His buddy sold the list to spammers.

If convicted of conspiracy, each face up to five years in prison and a $250,000 fine. 8)
