Evanston Northwestern Healthcare redesigned its Web site to be patient centered. In otherwords the redesign is so that it makes sense and flows well for the patients.

This article details how a Content Management System helped the endeavor. The authorizing structure used is that the department chairs authorize content for the web site. Another nice feature is that it integrates with the electronic medical record system being implemented.
