Vendor Questions

When choosing a vendor, it's a good idea to ask some basic questions. These give one a broad idea of the vendor's reliablity at hand.

# of years in the business?
# of employees? # of employees dedicated to supporting, maintaining, and enhancing reviewed product?
Annual sales?
Market share of current products market?
Percent of revenue dedicated to research and development?
# of active clients using the product?
# of active clients in similar business to what you are in?

List of organizations currently using product
