Open Source Content Management Systems

Found a couple of good open source Content Management System for the price over at www.opensourcecms.com

The ones that look good for a beginning site are php-nuke, md-pro, drupal, and possibly even E107 for CMS systems.

The site also has opensource cms groupware, forums, e-learning, blogs, e-commerce, and portals.

If you're interested in open source, cfmx and content management -- you can't really go past FarCry CMS: http://farcry.daemon.com.au/

Well the hottest open source CMS in my opinon is Typo3 (http://www.typo3.com). Can easily compete with the big $$$ CMS on the market.

Typo3 does seem to be opensource anymore. I am not sure about this but that is my feeling.

I'll put in my two cents for Nucleus CMS (http://www.nucleuscms.org). It is very easy to install. The template/skin implementation takes a bit of getting used to but it is very powerful.

I can tell you that TYPO3 is opensource still, and all ways will be.
It is the best around, it is sooo complex, loads of new extensions to download etc.
It also has the most documentation I have ever seen, even for a paid product.
