The Project Scope formally documents the scope of work for the project and what needs to be accomplished to meet the project’s objectives.

RAID LOGWrangles those pesky Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Decisions!
Raid Logs are the individual lists of Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Decision located in a centralized spreadsheet or sharepoint location.
The benefits of using a RAID Logs are:
- Easy compartmentalized lists in a central location.
- Clarifies the ownership for each item across the team and sponsor.
